We're looking for a clean, responsible housemate to join our fairly quiet house.
Room for rent in 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse all utilities included. $875/month. This bedroom shares one bathroom and a balcony with the bedroom next to it. Utilities included: electric, gas, water, internet (no cable). Radiator heat in winter. Central air in summer. Stacked washer/dryer on same floor as bedrooms. Some additional storage in non-climate-controlled attic. Monthly cleaning service but you must be clean and tidy yourself.
Gay-friendly. Female landlord uses third bedroom/bath when in town. She also has a beagle hound mix dog who stays when she's in town (Splits time in Baltimore). No additional pets though unfortunately.
Year lease preferred, but subletting to a suitable replacement is fine. Must make 3 times the rent and have good rental references. Small background check fee (<$40) goes towards first month's rent if you decide you want the room.
