The 3 room private suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and lounge with kitchenette. Your secure and semi-private entrance is via a shared laundry room, with (free!) access to washer /dryer. You’ll be welcome to enjoy our backyard patio (with a pond) and our outdoor dining table under the Magnolia tree.
The suite is thoughtfully furnished with a twin-to-king bed, a clothing rack, drawers. The bathroom has a full tub. Kitchenette consists of a sink alongside a fridge & freezer, cabinet, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer/ convection oven, and cooktop. Lounge includes table w/chairs, comfy butterfly seat, tv and stand.
Looking for a one-month minimum, open to shorter stays at $400/week + $100 cleaning fee at move-out.
Utilities are included!
This is best suited for someone who works from an office or attends school, as kids are home (and have some noise during that). Ideal for someone who does not mind kids, cats, & or dogs — occasional pet sitting opportunities reduce rent if you are interested!
