Looking for a renter, this is not really a roommate situation. We are very social people but we prefer in this situation to have our privacy and you have yours. We have rented for years to visiting nurses but they are becoming fewer and fewer. We have also rented to summer interns and had great experiences.

Rental is for the entire 2nd floor 900 Square Feet including a Full Bathroom, Bedroom with Queen Pillow Top Memory Foam Mattress, Kitchenette Wet Bar with Fridge, Microwave and Toaster Oven, Game Room with Pool Table, TV Room with a Queen Sleeper and Desk. Wifi included, 60" TV in the TV Room, 55" the Bedroom and 43" in the Game room. All exclusive in the 2nd floor.

Entrance to the stairwell is thru the foyer it only 4 steps from the front door so this is near total privacy. Our bedroom is on the other end of the home and with our door shut we hear nothing from upstairs.

You also have access downstair to the laundry, kitchen, dining, swimming pool, patio, grill and smoker. Total house is 3000 square feet and the Master area is the only area off limits. We are in a quiet Cul-de-Sac that is a 14 home HOA and we all watch out for each other.

We both work 8 to 5 job and we are in a very quiet neighborhood should you be working shifts.
