Lower Greenville Townhome 2800 Sq Ft

My name is Rob I?m 39 and I just purchased this 3 bedroom townhome in April. It?s in Lower Greenville 1 block from HG Supply/Wabi House & 2 blocks from Truck Yard. I live here alone and I travel a lot so I?m considering a roommate. I have one room available on the first floor and another on the 3rd. There is a 2 car garage and plenty of permitted on street parking so never an issue finding a spot.
There are 3.5 bathrooms and a large rooftop deck. It?s entirely furnished but I?m still waiting on some of patio furniture I ordered a while ago. All bedrooms have private baths attached but they won?t let me attach enough photos. There is a half bath on the main floor also.

I?ve always had roommates and can provide you references including my current roommate in CA. I travel to CA often especially in summer and to Salt Lake in the winter. I enjoy skiing and golf. I?m easy going and relatively clean but not uptight about a a dish or two in the sink I just don?t want to live with a slob.

$1150 includes all bills. We have direct TV with Sunday ticket & fast internet. I may consider a pet for the right situation. I am only considering those that are employed and I would like references and/or credit background check happy to provide the same for you.
