Homeowner looking for roommate.

Hi.
I am the homeowner looking for a roommate with a school-age son.

I'm going to start with the cons here..
-It's a small house, under square feet, and only has one bathroom.
-I have three dogs who can not take on any other furry friends. One of them is a great Pyr who does bark a lot, and one of the small ones does join in. It doesn't go on forever, but can be a little annoying. They are quiet at night, though.
-the room is a bit on the smaller side, but can fit a queen bed and some small furniture.
-I cannot take on couples, but I don't mind overnight guests as long as everyone is respectful.
-I work from home (not really sure this is a con)

Okay, so the pros..
-off-street parking
-good storage space in the basement
-washer and dryer in the basement
-my dogs are super nice
-my son is cool
-I think I'm pretty cool and laid back
-I stay in my room most of the time

I think this situation would be good for someone who has an in-person job. I do talk on the phone for a living and I work at my kitchen table.
