This is a two bedroom apartment and looking to rent one room and share the gas and electricity, cable and WiFi. The bedroom is large with walk in closet and private full bathroom. We would share the kitchen and family room. I have a cat who is very friendly. Everything is furnish with the exception of you bringing your own mattress. Shared cleaning responsibilities. I am very quiet, spiritual and very very clean and organized. Looking for someone quiet and clean. Must past background check , credit and employee. You would be added to the lease until it is up in August. So this is temporary and unless otherwise decided. No smokers or heavy partiers.
