Large private loft master bedroom and bathroom for rent in 2 bed/2 bath, 2 story loft apartment. Loft has stairs to the bedroom door. Bed and side shelves are available for use, but can be moved if you have no use of them. Apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor of apartment building with elevator access, and has a waterfall view. Shared kitchen and living room. In-unit laundry.

Current tenants are my husband and myself. We both work a lot and when we are home we are usually working or relaxing a little. We are pretty quiet and keep mostly to ourselves, but we don’t mind a friendly chat here and there. We go to bed early (9ish) and wake up early (5:30), so we appreciate anyone who can respect quiet hours. We try our best to keep a tidy home.

We are looking for someone who is responsible to pay rent on time, clean up after themselves and take care of shared spaces, respectful of quiet hours, and someone who is communicative.

Rent for couples would be $1250 instead of the $1000 for single occupants. No smokers. Cats and small animals are okay if they can stay in the room upstairs because we have 2 cats of our own. Dogs would be considered if we can introduce the animals first to make sure they get along. Must apply to and be approved by the apartment complex and sign the 1 year lease through July 2027.
