I have a spare bedroom for rent right now. You will have your own bathroom. You do have to share the house with me. I'm pretty low key. I'm a sociable person, and i'm looking for a reliable tenant who keeps things clean. Also a reliable tenant that pays on time. More than willing to show you the house. It's just my dog and I. If you are willing to help me when i'm not around. Take care of my dog. I am willing to knock money off the rent. Would like to get the tenant in as soon as april first.
