Hello and welcome! I'm Rei, and I both own the home and live here. I'm looking for someone to share this space wtih -- you'll have your own room and living room in the downstairs of a split-level residence. Shared spaces would include on-site laundry (washer and dryer), upstairs kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and upstairs living spaces (should you want to hang out there). The downstairs has lots of windows and gets lots of sun, so don't think that just because it's downstars it's dark and a cave. It's anything but! You'll also have your own fireplace in your living room.

Most bills are included, except for propane and electric -- those would be a 50/50 split between us.

I'm a quiet, introverted, queer person that has two cats, so you must be a cat-friendly person. I work from home 99% of the time, so I will almost always be home.
