Current situation is my ex girlfriend is moving out and the property is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse. I do have a cat, and I work between 60-80 hours a week. Looking for a professional individual to help take the burden off my shoulders of paying the full rent. Room does have a smaller closet, and is a little on the smaller side, but the whole place will be of use. Lease is up in January.
