Cozy & calm home ISO the perfect roommate

I am ISO of the perfect roommate with whom I can create the queer sanctuary of my dreams.

I've secured an affordable & adorable 2br 1ba on the first floor of a two-story house in the Fair Haven neighborhood of New Haven. The apt is 5 mins from downtown and the waterfront. It has a big backyard (with garden beds!), free laundry in-building, free street parking, and sunny rooms with lots of potential for house plants, art and good vibes.

My housemate will preferably be another queerdo around my age (33) with similar values and living styles. I have 2 sweet and well-trained cats who have lived with other cats before, so we could talk if you have one cat (the space isn't big enough for any more than that!)

Landlord will require an application (there's a small fee for background check and soft credit pull.)

No dogs, couples, or kiddos. Must be 4/20 friendly and be willing to take basic Covid precautious like testing & masking if sick.
