The available room is spacious and includes closet space. Shared areas include a basement, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown with a bus stop nearby.

Rent is $1,030 per month when shared between two occupants. Utilities are not included. A security deposit and background check are required.
