Rent & Move-In Costs

* Total monthly rent for the home: $2,060
* If shared by two people, rent is $1,030 per person, plus utilities.
* If shared by three people, rent is approximately $686.67 per person, plus utilities.
* Security deposit and background check required.
* Utilities are not included.
* No pets, please.
