Hi everyone, I am moving into a condo and Branford and have a spare bedroom I would like to rent out. I am a 26 year old social worker and I’m looking for a female roommate. I would need someone who is able to move in September 1st but the date can be negotiated!

I have two cats and I am looking into adopting a dog as well. I would need a roommate who does not have any pets unfortunately due to the number of animals allowed in the condo. But my animals are super friendly and will probably want to hangout with you haha.

It is a townhouse style condo with a living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also some storage space in the basement as well as a washer/dryer.

I’m renting the second bedroom out for $875 plus utilities.
