Large eat-in kitchen, full BTH, LR. This is a very clean, spacious, and comfortable apt in a family neighborhood. It is a 2nd floor apartment in a 3-family home. The bedroom is large, bright (with room darkening shades and curtains), and comfortable, with a queen size with large storage drawers, as well as an easy chair, a dresser, a simple desk and a 32-inch TV.

Bedding and towels are not included.

Once a month housecleaning is included.

The living room is bright and comfortable, with a comfy easy chair, sofa, and a 40 inch TV. But no cable is included.

Large eat in kitchen that is well stocked for cooking and food prep. The washer and dryer are in a laundry closet/pantry right in the kitchen.

Private, rear entrance from kitchen down to driveway and garage.

Very walkable town, an easy 20 min. drive to New Haven, West Haven, Waterbury, Fairfield, Hamden, Bridgeport. Train stop in town for NYC. Library, grocery, shopping, banks, post office, restaurants nearby.

Landlord lives on the premises in a separate unit.

Pets considered on case by case basis, with possible extra deposit.
