This is a very clean, spacious, and comfortable home/apt in a family neighborhood. It has its own separate entrance and guests have the entire space to themselves. It is a 2nd floor apartment in a 3-family home, so there are stairs, and it is not suitable for anyone with mobility constraints. The bedroom is large, bright (with room darkening shades and curtains), and comfortable, with a queen size with large storage drawers, as well as a dresser.

The apartment itself is comfortable and clean, with ample space. It also has a 40 inch TV in the living room, ready for streaming with your log in, and a 32 inch TV in the bedroom for use with your own streaming device. But no cable is included.

There is a garage parking space for a standard sized vehicle.

Full kitchen and cooking access. It's a large, well-stocked kitchen (stove with full-sized oven, full-sized refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, large pantry, pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.). The washer and dryer are in a laundry closet/pantry right in the kitchen.

Landlord lives on the premises in a separate unit.
