Space in Cromwell, CT

Great location for Middletown, Cromwell, or Rocky Hill area. Easy access to Rts 9 & 91. Looking for someone who is neat and open minded to share both space, conversation and occasional good times. I live alone, not by choice, so I have no interest in sharing my home with anyone who wishes to remain a stranger. I have two different size rooms available, but only one will be rented. The price is somewhat negotiable depending on your circumstances and choice of room size. The rooms are approximately 12 x 11 for small and about twice that size for the large. There is a nice deck out back overlooking a wooded area. One reserved parking space is a short walk from the front entrance. Snow removal is provided. A swimming pool is open in the summer months. Small, well behaved pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
