Seeking two roommates for the second and third floors of a house in West Hartford. House on Dover Road, about half a mile from the center. Very walkable, quiet area with friendly neighbors.

Two room combinations available for rent: shared bathroom and a bedroom with an attached office (two adjoining rooms; $975/month; pictures 5 and 6 are of the two rooms you will receive) and a bedroom and private living room/office with a private bathroom ($1,150/month; picture 7 shows bedroom/walk-in closet; video tour available upon request). Utilities (electric, wifi, and heating oil) are split evenly between the three tenants in addition to rent. One off-street parking spot available for each roommate.

June 1st, 2026 lease start; 12-month term; potential for early move-in.

LGBTQ+-friendly and there are two cats in the house. The $1,150 room has the option of zero cat exposure. The other room combination has the rooms private from cats, but the cats do have access to the living room. Additional cats are allowed with a $250 security deposit.

Basement and a large sunroom for storage. Additional sunroom and common living room are fully-furnished.

Landlords will perform background check prior to approval. One month's rent security deposit.
