Hello! I'm looking for a new roommate to move into my current apartment. It is the first floor of a two-family house where I am a long-standing tenant. The apartment is fully furnished besides the bedroom (I could potentially furnish the bedroom too). Renovated a year and a half ago, it's quite nice! Off street parking, seconds from 84 and a 10-15 minute walk to both Blue Back/the Center and Park Rd Business District.
