Looking for a roommate to share my home with. I have been here for almost 8 years. The bedroom is a good size. Laundry in basement and storage as well if needed. Landlord has been making updates to the apartment. There is furniture in the room but can be taken out. The rest of the apartment is shared. There is a deck outside with gas grill, fireplace and patio furniture. Parking is off street. I have 2 cats, one is indoor and the other likes to be outdoors. Smoking is outdoors. No drugs allowed.
