I have a quiet, 2-bedroom apartment in Manchester, CT, on the second floor, in a nice complex across from the movie theater. It’s near every store that you could possibly need, and it’s close enough to the highway for quick and easy commuting.

You would have the master bedroom, which has a private bathroom connected to it. The bedroom is furnished.

You are welcome to full access to the living room, kitchen, and dining area, as long as you keep them neat and clean upon use.

As much as I love dogs and cats, pets are not allowed in my building.

The complex has a pool, gym, and tennis court.

I am looking for a male or female roommate who is clean, quiet, and considerate, a non-smoker and non-drinker who eats healthfully. I don’t do well with sugar, odors, or noise.

I like to minimize anxiety, in general, so I ask that you keep the place for us and not have guests.

I am a young version of an older person, and I would like my roommate to be an honest, mature, intelligent,
respectful, educated person, younger or older, who would enjoy some companionship mixed with quiet.

I enjoy interesting conversation, reading, writing, binge-watching TV, and walking at the park.

Full disclosure, I have some sensory issues, so I can't live with someone who makes mouth noises while eating, someone who is fidgety, or someone who makes repetitious sounds.

Your rent: $1,200/month, including utilities (with possible additional $100 per month during peak usage)

This is for one month only, to start, to ensure that we are compatible. If all goes well the first month, we can go for 3 months, and then go from there. If you have specific needs, don’t hesitate to let me know.
