Great Old Victorian To Share

The kids have left home and I have way too much space. I have 2 grown children and 3 Golden retrievers.
The main floor consists of common space, a double living room TV, Fireplace and Bar area, Dining Room
Full kitchen and full bath. I am LGBTQ and a retired attorney turned writer

The second Floor consists of my son’s room who is at college, My office, and another Full bath. I have a master suite on the Third floor.

The space available is a traditional 2 room Victorian Master Suite with 2 closets. You can set one room up as a bedroom and the other as a living space or home office.

Other than the dogs, the house is really for use.

Major Rules
No Smoking
No Druge
No Alcohol ( wine with dinner does not count.
Over night guests with a prior open discussion

We are extremely neat, the house is cleaned weekly which will include your space if you leave it neat.
The yard is fenced and is cared for by a landscaper

The only things I would ask is that you shovel in the winter and clear off cars as I am not able.

There is off street and on street parking.
