About the Space:

Renting the entire upstairs (except for my son's room).

Features a couch and projector setup.

$1,000/month flat (covers all utilities).

Includes your own designated parking spot.

I am very handy and can easily take care of any fixes or adjustments.

About the Household:

Family: My 8-year-old son is here half the week and every weekend (leaving either Sunday noon or Monday morning). He is rarely upstairs except for bedtime. He may want to hang out with you, but it is completely fine to tell him you are busy or need space—he understands.

Pets: I have one dog, Flash. There is a half door to block him from going upstairs if needed.

The Setup: The house is laid back, but my LEGO collection must remain completely undisturbed.

Smoking Policy: Cannabis friendly, but absolutely no smoking inside the house. There is a designated smoking area in the garage.

What I’m Looking For:
