Furnished Room for Students/Professionals

A furnished bedroom in a single-family house (close to Buona Vita restaurant, Enfield, CT) is available for Oct 1st move in on a month-to-month lease. You do not have to go through the pain of continue living in a place you didn’t like for some reason but have to because of 6 months or 1 year lease.

It’s a drama-free home in a super peaceful and safe neighborhood. You will know when you come for the showing. This furnished room comes with:
1. A table and an ergonomic chair for those long hours of studying/working. You’re welcome.
2. A futon sofa for daytime reading or simply relaxing enjoying your coffee.
3. A bigass queen bed.

Background and Credit check required. Non-refundable first month rent as the earnest money to hold your position till the move-in date and a refundable security deposit of one month rent required on the day of move-in. Monthly Rent is $800 plus utilities (electric, heat bill in winter, and internet) are shared by 5 and it varies from $50 and $150 per month per person based on the month. We are looking for a male roommate.
