I have a room available for rent starting August 1st.

East Windsor (Broad Brook)

Rent: $900 per month (month-to-month).

Rent includes:

Electricity
Water
Heat
Internet
Prime Video

The available room is the one marked with the green ✓ in the photo.
It's spacious, and the apartment also includes:

- Parking directly in front of the building.
- On-site laundry.

- And other amenities.

I'm looking for someone who values a quiet and clean living environment. I simply ask for the same respect that I offer:

- Responsible.

- No drama or problems.

- Keep your room and shared areas clean after using them. (You don't need to clean the entire apartment—that's my responsibility.)

- No smoking.

- No alcohol.

- No pets.

- No overnight guests.

Background check required. Applicants must have a clean background and must not be registered as a sex offender.

I work most of the day, so we'll likely have very little interaction, and the apartment is generally very quiet.

I also cook almost every day. If you're interested, I can provide one meal per day for an additional fee.
