Looking for a roommate for the rest of the year then onwards possibly. Utilities is through eversource (roughly 250$ total on average), internet is 2gb through frontier (110$), preferably somebody whom is reliable and has the proper receipts for their previous living arrangements. Highly preferrable to lgbtq+ people as i am myself. There is parking behind the apt, plenty of space for at least 1 more car, potentially 2. It is the first floor, there are washing/drying machines in the basement on property.
