I am looking for a roommate to fill a private bedroom in my two bedroom apartment, available starting 6/1/2024. The bedroom includes a closet, window, and ample room for a full sized bed. Beautiful, ground floor apartment, fully renovated in 2021.
Location:
The home is just a 30 second walk to CVS and walking distance to a few restaurants / delis. About a 5-minute drive to downtown and MetroNorth.

Shared living room, kitchen, and full bathroom
Additional storage room in garage, as well as shared closet in living room and bathroom
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances INCLUDING dishwasher and microwave! Also provided is IN-UNIT washer and dryer.

Included in rent is water, trash removal, and grass cutting. We would split costs for electric and WiFi.
About Myself:
I am a 26 year old elementary school teacher. I work at the school during the day, and maintain a clean and calm atmosphere.
