My client is subletting me his place in East Norwalk through January 2027 as he is relocating for work. It’s 2 BR 2 bath and im looking for a quiet and responsible person in a brand new building (opened Jan 2026), ~900 sq ft corner, amazing light. Gym, rooftop deck, 3-season room, co-working space, grills. Quarter mile to the train + shops, mile to the beach and dog park. Has In unit laundry as well.

Please No Pets and No smoking.
Only pets that will be in the apartment is two dogs that are friendly. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WONT MIND THE DOGS FREE ROAMING or don’t mind dogs in general…They won’t be in your space.
