Looking for Third Roommate ASAP

Hi everyone,

My housemate and I are looking for an additional housemate for our apartment in the Norwalk area near the Sono Mall. Our second lease begins February .

Here are a few details about the apartment:
- Rent and Buy-in: $818.33 per month + $1900 buy-in for your bedroom and shared apartment
- Room Size: Small - Medium
Total rent for the apartment is $2850, split pro rata among occupants based on room size. You must pay monthly rent on time every 1st of the month. It will be late every th of the month per the lease. $50 Late fee
- Bathrooms: Shared bathrooms
- Common Areas: Shared kitchen and living space
- Occupancy: We are looking for to rent the room who can communicate well, respects fellow housemates, and treats the apartment with care. Housemates are subject to background checks and credits checks per the Landlord. No exception. We want someone who is reasonably clean in their bedroom, and must take on cleaning responsibilities with us. Household essentials for cleaning and paper goods are split evenly and must pay me back immediately
- Apartment is already furnished in common areas
- Air Condition/Heat (HVAC) included each room
- Washer/Dryer included
- Basement Storage Unit accessed through a door via the back of apartment and retail building
- Corner Patio space included
- Utilities: All included except Internet (subject to $25 fee), and Electricity (based on Work From Home or non-Work From Home factors). Please be on time with the bills
- Pets: No pets, please
- No Couples
- Minimum term: 1 Year or remainder of lease after February

Ron and I care about our spendings, and have a strategy down to lower costs for our electricity bill (which basically straps in the water bill because we have a water heater). If you can respect and follow our lead, we would be happy to take you as a roommate. I also am a Costco member and our grocery bills are easily $250+ cheaper per month. Every bit we save counts and we can live way more comfortably by being a team.
