Reduced Rent in Exchange for Lending Me a Hand

I am from the Soviet Union, teach from home at a community college, have two college-age kids, and am building a homestead. I live in a detached in-law unit, while everyone else lives in the main house. Everyone else includes my son and two other tenants, one of whom has become like a mother to me. There is one more room left, and we are looking to rent it to a guy about my age who can physically help me around the house in lieu of the reduced rent. Just some after work projects, so you can still maintain your primary job. Bonus points if you speak Russian.

The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. The full bath is shared, but factoring in the half-baths, everyone ends up getting their own sink.

It's a beautiful house. Lots of nature. And the lot is big enough to live off the land. Close to Merritt Pkwy.

Comes with a resident calico cat and a poodle.
Pets are welcome, as long as they get along with the cat.

Utilities are included, as long as you're considerate about it and don't leave lights on and blast the heat/ac when you're out.
