Looking for a roommate or two!

I'm 24 (25 in January- Capricorns unite!). Both my current roommates are moving in with their boyfriends by the end of our lease and alas, I have to find new roommates. I've considered finding a new place and living alone, but I enjoy having company in the house and I absolutely love this house and think it's too much of a steal to leave behind yet. Looking for female roommates, it doesn't have to be a twin flame connection, but definitely would like people I get along with and can hang with! Some of my interests include arts (painting, knitting, music), thrifting, watching tv (ik, sounds lame but what can I say!), going to the gym, being outside, hanging out with friends, etc. As for the house... Like I said it's a steal. It's in Byram, which is a little area within Greenwich, CT. It's a safe neighborhood, free street parking, located a mile away from the beach and 2 miles from Greenwich Ave. It's a duplex. Currently there's a Mom and her kids living in the downstairs unit, and we have the upstairs unit. Our unit is 3 bedrooms. We have two on the main level with a shared bathroom. There's a kitchen and a living room on the main level as well. The third bedroom is up on the third floor of the house (still a part of our unit). That bedroom is a lot bigger and has its own bathroom attached. For the two beds on the main floor, we each pay $1175 + utilities. The bedroom on the third floor is $1400 + utilities. The house has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances in the kitchen, an in unit washer and dryer, and 1 parking spot in the driveway. 'nuff said!
