Beautiful Room w/Fireplace! The Heart of Greenwich

I am looking for a responsible, long-term guest to enjoy my beautiful, spacious room while I work out of Los Angeles for the next few months (6-12 months).
The room is located in a charming apartment in the heart of Greenwich and features abundant natural sunlight, a beautiful fireplace, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of storage and closet space. The apartment is peaceful, fully furnished, thoughtfully stocked, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Unlike the other units in this house, this is a full apartment rather than a half apartment, and the only one with a fireplace! There is a laundry room downstairs too :) $2
I'm looking for someone who is clean, organized, respectful, drama-free, and preferably works outside the home most of the day.
One of the best features of this home is the living environment. The current roommate is a friendly working professional in his 30s who is exceptionally quiet and rarely home. He works long hours, doesn't entertain guests, and keeps to himself, so you'll often feel like you have the apartment to yourself.
The location couldn't be more convenient. You're just one block from downtown Greenwich, with excellent restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping, and everyday conveniences all within walking distance. CVS and the post office are directly across the street, Whole Foods, Starbucks, and several restaurants are on the corner, and Bruce Park, the public library, Metro-North train station, local bus routes, and Greenwich Hospital (just 0.5 miles away) are all just minutes away. The beach is also nearby.
Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and I'm looking for someone who will treat the home with the same care and respect.
To move in, I require first and last month's rent, employment verification, and a background check will be conducted by the landlord.

Heat/Gas, Electric, WiFi, water, trash, one parking spot (plenty of guest parking).
