The main floor has a private entrance and the kitchenette. This is equipped with small appliances and enough space to store all your dry food. The upstairs floor has two bedrooms (right in blue and left in grey) with high ceilings, and a full bath to share with only the one roommate in the bedroom across. The room is currently furnished with bed, dresser, fridge, desk and chair; although you are free to bring your own furniture.

Currently both rooms right and left are available for rent if you choose to move in with a friend across the hall!!

Excellent residential beach area location, very quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful houses all around (off Reef Road in Fairfield, CT). Walking distance to the beach, and downtown Fairfield's restaurants and shops as well as the Metro North train station. Five-minute drive to Fairfield University and fifteen to Sacred Heart University.

During warmer weather you can also enjoy the yard, grill and outdoor seating.

The entire house hosts only three people, the two roommates upstairs and myself downstairs.

The $1275/month include all utilities: internet, gas, water, power, heat, a/c, trash and recycling. First and last month's rent plus $799 security deposit needed to move in. Parking on site.

Sorry no pets and no smoking. Available only for one person per room.
