Hello! My name is Liza. I’m 24 and looking for a roomie to take over my current roomies space. She is leaving in early may due to the school year ending. The lease is up in late august but I would be up for signing another year if that is something you are up for!

The place is fully furnished, with the option to purchase the previous tenants items at a discounted price. Or get your own stuff either way :))

I like to keep things mainly tidy. But don’t mind a mess once in a while lol. I love to cook, I like to clean the main areas once or twice a week. Or as needed. This area is a very safe space, super comfy with lots of sunshine! The summers are absolutely great here. The people are super kind, there’s a nice pool, and a lovely gym if ur into exercise! We are also right downtown so there’s lots to do. Close to Greenwich as well (where I grew up).
