Cozy room in a downtown three-floor townhouse!

This rental is for a private bedroom in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse within walking distance of downtown Stamford. The unit includes a garage & attic, as well as a finished basement room. Dishwasher, balcony, and in-unit laundry. Parking right outside our front door with extra visitor parking a short walk away. The room itself on the small side, but it has really excellent light.

LGBTQIA+ friendly. One sweet little cat named Jupiter lives here. Can't accept other dog/cat owners, but small pets (i. e. gerbils, hamsters, fish, etc.) should be fine -- my current roommate has one.

$975/month for the room, and we're responsible for electricity, gas, and wifi -- all other utilities included. Bills are usually between $100-$150 per person.

Available in May; June move-in possible.
