Affordable Room in Shared 3br 1.5ba Modular

I have moved out and am trying to find a replacement. Current rent asked is $480 for the room plus utilities, current rent total for the whole unit is $1620. Utilities requiring payment are electric, gas, and internet, and they are split an even three ways unless otherwise agreed upon. It is 1 bedroom for rent and is within a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom modular (trailer). There are 2 adults currently occupying each of the other 2 bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a sink and toilet, 1 bathroom also has a shower. How the bathroom space is divided will have to be determined between all the occupants. The living room, kitchen, shower, driveway and shed are considered shared spaces between all occupants. I am going to upload a floor plan right now and hopefully pictures tomorrow. The driveway can fit two cars, the current occupants each have a car, but there is plenty of street parking, it is a dead end road with very minimal traffic as only a couple houses are past this unit and the current occupants are very fair in sharing the driveway for a third.
