Affordable Room in Shared 3br 1.5ba Modular

I moved out for school and am looking for a replacement. Rent is $455 for the room (Bedroom #2 on floor plan) plus utilities. Total rent of $1595 between all occupants, so split 570+570+455. Utilities requiring payment are electric, gas, and internet, and they are split an even three ways unless otherwise agreed upon. It is 1 bedroom for rent and is within a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom manufactured home (trailer). The room has a closet and window. There are 2 adults currently occupying each of the other 2 bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a sink and toilet, 1 bathroom also has a shower. How the bathroom space is divided will have to be determined between the roommates. The living room, kitchen, shower, driveway, washer/dryer and shed are considered shared use between everyone. There will be a required credit and background check for applicants through the property management company (Garden Homes Management Corp) there is an application fee I believe of $50 that is refundable.
