Looking for a roommate Stamford CT

Roommate Wanted – Shippan Point, Stamford | Available August 15
I’m looking for a roommate (male or female) to share a 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse in Shippan Point, Stamford beginning August 15th. The lease is for one year.
Rent is $1,500 per month, plus approximately $100 per month for utilities.
The apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a townhouse and includes:

● Private full bathroom
● Spacious kitchen and living room
● In-unit washer and dryer
● Fully furnished common areas
● Unfurnished bedroom
● Beach access just a 2-minute walk away
● Local bar and restaurant at the end of the road by the beach
● Quiet neighborhood in a great location
● Approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Stamford
● Approximately 10 minutes from the Stamford train station
● Bus stop outside the house with service to the train station
Parking is available either on the street directly next to the house or in the driveway. The driveway leads to the side entrance, which is where our unit is located.
A little about me: I’m 28 years old, currently studying Psychology at NCC, and work at a high-end clothing store in Greenwich. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling to Vermont, spending time with animals, and attending raves and music festivals.
I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep the shared spaces clean and organized. I’m not a big partier and rarely have loud guests over. I also spend some weekends in Vermont throughout the year, so you’ll occasionally have the place to yourself.
I have two very friendly and affectionate cats. You won’t be responsible for caring for them, but you do need to be comfortable living with cats.
I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Students and working professionals are both welcome.
