The Apartment: 3 bedrooms, the smallest is used for storage. 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo. Has large kitchen, dining and living room areas. French doors that separate living room and dining room. Upgraded kitchen cabinets. Dishwasher, Central AC and Heat, FREE laundry in the basement. Rent includes everything except internet (additional 25 a month). Yes that is correct you do not have to pay for water or electricity. Free street parking. There is also the opportunity for a free driveway spot (there are some shared with the whole household). There is a backyard. The room that is up for sublease is the largest room in the house and has a very large closet that spans the width of the wall with two access points. Some potential furniture to come with if wanted.
Subleaser must be clean, quiet, mature, have a reliable income to pay bills. Young professional, between 24 and 30 preferred. Non-smoker preferred. Pets are cool. No Kids. Preferably no couples.
The Sublease would be until April 30th, however, if you and my roomie wish to extend there is always that option.

Landlord Requirements: $200 Move in Fee, Credit Check, Background check, Application fee of $50. If bringing a pet there is a $150 Pet Fee
