Hey we are looking for a roommate to fill the third room in our 3 bedroom apartment. There is no move in fee or deposit however there is a credit check of 700 ish to pass. If you dont pass that the landlord said you could pay first and last months rent up front. Its a nice first floor apartment. Me and the other roommate are relaxed and enjoy coffee a lot. We are looking for someone who has a stable income and knows how to communicate and is open to keeping a clean home. You would sign a year long lease however the lease is flexible in that you can leave at any time if you find a replacement. Washer and dryer in unit. Smoking is okay. no pets.
