Looking for a housemate to share a 3 bd house

Looking for a responsible and clean housemate to share a house with one other housemate. You will have access to shared area such as the living room, kitchen, dinning area. You would share bathroom with one other housemate. There will be total two people living in this 3 bedroom single family house, owner is not living in the house. Common areas are furnished, you only need to bring your own stuffs.

* Proof of stable income
* NO drugs, no smoking, no pets, no overnight guests
* NO eviction, good previous landlord references.

Rent is $1200/month, plus shared utilities (electric, water, internet, gas, garbage). First month rent plus one-month deposit prior to move-in. Must clean up after yourself, be neat and participate in regular cleaning of shared/ common space. When contracting, please let me know about yourself and your situation

Great Location: it is located in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to good schools. Only around 3 miles (7 minutes driving) from the west Pleasanton/Dublin Bart Station. 1 miles to highway 680, 3 miles to 580.
