Room with Private Bath

Gated Community in San Ramon, off of Crow Canyon Rd. Room is on the second level. No one lives under us, it’s all garages. There is a nice private deck by the entry way. The space to the side and behind the condo is an animal sanctuary, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The room includes a private bathroom, a shared kitchen, living room, dining area and laundry. Water and garbage are included with the rent, Wi-Fi and PG&E we share. There is a community pool and spa in the development too!

I’ve lived here for 12 years. I keep the place clean, but I’m not crazy about it.
I need a roommate for the extra income. Also, I’m pretty social, so it’s nice to have people around. I’m super chill with my roommates and I appreciate good communication. I grew up with a sister, so I prefer to live with a female, but I’m open to anyone as long as they’re a cool roommate.
