Two bedrooms available for rent in 4BR/2BA single-family home in San Pablo. Great spot for students or working professionals looking for a safe, quiet neighborhood. I have lived here for just shy of 8 years.

What’s included:
Corner bedroom (the larger of the two available rooms, 11 x 10) features hardwood floors and a large closet. Middle bedroom is slightly smaller (10 x 10); again, has hardwood floors but features a more modestly sized closet. Rooms are not furnished.

Restroom is shared. Tenants have full access to common spaces such as the family room, kitchen, and spacious backyard. No garage access, but each tenant may park one car in the driveway. Street parking is also ample.

No smoking household. Sorry, no pets. Room rental is single occupancy only (no couples).

Some utilities (Wi-Fi and trash) are included in the monthly rent, while others (PG&E and EBMUD) are shared.

Location:
Quiet neighborhood (almost entirely single-family homes) on the border of San Pablo and Pinole with views of San Pablo Bay. Proximity to highways (minutes away from two I-80 exits (Fitzgerald Dr/Richmond Parkway as well as Appian Way); shopping (Sprouts, Lucky, Grocery Outlet, Target); food (In-N-Out, Panera, etc); and Point Pinole (hiking and beaches).

Public transit:
It’s fairly convenient to hop on a bus (stop is located 0.7 miles away) or to jump on the highway and get to BART (El Cerrito Del Norte). One may also take the bus directly to BART and skip driving altogether.

First month’s rent, as well as a security deposit, are due before move-in date.
