Hello!
I have a small private room available for rent. The room has no furniture and includes a private bathroom exclusively for the tenant.

Our home is a family house and we are only renting to women.

We live in San Pablo / Richmond, in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Our family is me, my husband, our 10-month-old baby, and our 2-year-old Pomeranian. Our home is very peaceful and respectful.
