Housemate Wanted In Beautiful Marina Bay

Hello, my name is Naomi and I am in need of a new housemate in the spacious townhouse I'm living in. It's a gated community in the Historic Richmond Marina Bay area, across from parks, multi-use paths, and the scenic boat harbor. A cycling enthusiast would be a good fit, as there are many places accessible by bike, including the BART and the El Cerrito Mall.

The house is huge, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room, den and charming small garden, shared with only me. There is a pool and spa on the property! Full kitchen, washer /dryer, and a garage with lots of room for storage. This place has been a dream for me to live in, and I would love to share it with the right person. I would prefer someone more spiritually minded and health conscious.

I am looking for a responsible person mainly working outside the home since I work from home a lot. I am a middle-aged woman but very active and would appreciate a housemate who is a little more mature.

I am into a clean, uncluttered environment in the main areas. I am a somewhat solitary person, but I'd like to do a little more entertaining, mostly small parties or guests over. It's an ideal place for that.

Unfortunately no pets allowed and no smokers. A credit check and deposit will be necessary. I would like to find a renter by the 15th of February or sooner if possible.
