Spacious furnished upstairs master bedroom available in a charming two-story home in Richmond’s Clinton Estates, with easy access to Berkeley, San Francisco, Marin, and Oakland. The room measures 14 x 15 ft and includes a full-size bed with a quality organic memory mattress.

A real plus is that the room comes with its own full bathroom upstairs for the tenant’s exclusive use. Shared access includes the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry.

The house has hardwood floors, large windows, very fast Comcast internet, and a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with ample street parking, close to parks, cafes, and restaurants.

Getting around is easy: Richmond BART is about 0.8 miles away, El Cerrito Del Norte BART is 1.8 miles away, the 72 bus runs nearby on San Pablo Ave., Interstate 80 is close by, and the Richmond Ferry offers service to the San Francisco Embarcadero.

This is a respectful shared home, so finding the right fit matters.

Requirements

One person only, professional or graduate student -- clean, quiet, responsible, financially reliable, and respectful of shared space. No smoking or vaping, no pets, no night shifts, and no pornography consumption. In the shared kitchen, no onion and no pork, as I am extremely allergic to onion.

Application requirements

Proof of income, proof of employment, and landlord references required.

For stays longer than two weeks, cleaning is $150 per month.
