Room for rent females only

Roomate description: Two women in their 20's. Both working full time schedules, one of us works at night and the other works during the day. Pretty much an empty house from 11-8pm. One cat lives in the house, friendly male black cat. Both tenants are artists so there is a lot of art and studio things around the common living area.

What we are LOOKING FOR: Ideally hard working, CLEAN, and friendly female tenant, males will be considered but females are primary canidates. NO ANIMALS. The owner of the house is only okay with one cat for entire household and has requested that no more come in. Guests are welcome room has own private entry and entrance however if house guests will be going in n out of common areas you must let other tenants know ahead of time. Ideally guests shouldnt stay back to back over two-three days. Occasioanlly overnight is fine. It is a shared kicthen space with very minimal space for pantry and houseware items. Not a lot of cabinet space but we try to divide evenly amongst tenants.

THE ROOM: Room is about 200 sq ft. Almost two rooms in one, you could probably divide the room in half and have a small living area as well as bedroom space. Two windows in the room both acrylic glass for safety, as the room is ground level. NOTE: There is a washer and dryer in the room that is shared between all tenants so keep in mind that we will still need to go down stairs to use it. There is also a large backyard outside the private entrance. House chores will be split between you and the other two tenants. Since the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces chores will be split in those areas.
