About the Home

The home features high ceilings access, to a well-equipped shared kitchen. Your room is impecable and super private sitting on the second story of the home and in the back __noone below and noone above you.

We have a swimming pool and a green belt to walk around the property that is a lovely place to relax, read or simply enjoy some fresh air after a busy day.

Who You'll Be Living With

You'll be sharing the home with two friendly, working women. We're easygoing, tidy and respectful, and we each enjoy having our own space and privacy.

The house is very clean, quiet and peaceful — a nice place to come home to and unwind. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys the same kind of relaxed, comfortable home environment and is naturally considerate about keeping shared spaces neat and tidy.

The house is conveniently located near Diablo Valley College, and Downtown Pleasant HIll, exitl, Hwy 680, , with easy access throughout contra costa and to San Francisco.38 miles.

The neighborhood is mostly owner occupied and residential while still being close to restaurants, shopping, The Veranda, SunValley recreation and within 8 minutes to BART station, both Walnut Creek, and Pleasant Hill, station
