Ideal Roommate & House Rules:
• Preferred: A student or a working professional.
• Credit Requirement: Fair or better credit score required.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily. Had no complaints so far. Everyone are respectful.
• No CRAZY Parties: No wild gatherings, especially during night hours.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
• Smoking/Drugs: Strictly no smoking or drugs allowed anywhere inside the home or on the property.
