Applicant shall be at the same job or within the same industry for one (1) year or more
Must gross three (3) times the rent.
Applicant’s job and income must be verifiable. Applicant’s other monthly obligations will be taken into consideration when determining your ability to pay the rent.
Applicant shall have good credit with a minimum score of 620. Evictions, collections or judgments on your record will not be acceptable.
Applicants with no credit history may be required to have a co-signer.
