Security deposit of $1000 (refundable). Quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping area for a month to month lease term. Spacious shared living room, kitchen and laundry. Backyard patio access, on-street parking, private bathroom, unfurnished. Ideal housemate should be clean, respectful and financially stable, no smoking, illegal drugs or partying, preferably a working professional. Must love & enjoy dogs (I have two!) Move in requirements: First month’s rent plus security deposit, references & proof of income. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate additional pets.
