It’s a place for professional commuters, travelers, writers, students and visiting scholars who value comfort, light, easy access across the Bay, and a quiet space to decompress after a long day of commuting and professional work.

**The Space**
Your private downstairs room is bright and spacious, with a full bathroom of your own. There’s a comfortable full-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a writing desk, and a bookshelf waiting for your books or notes. Shared are our generous living room, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and a sunlit dining room that opens to a peaceful backyard. Hardwood floors and big windows make the whole house glow in the afternoon light.

The 72 Bus runs nearby along San Pablo Avenue, and the Richmond Ferry (2 miles away, free parking) glides across the bay to SF’s Embarcadero. If you drive, you’ll have quick access to I-80 and I-580. The El Cerrito Del Norte security-guarded park-and-ride is a short drive away.

**The Neighborhood**
Within walking distance are grocery stores, global eateries, and the beloved Catahoula Coffee Roastery.
