The room is separate on the bottom floor of a shared home. There is direct access from the room to a patio with a very lovely garden.
We have 2 kids (5&9). There is a shared bathroom with these kids. And the bathroom is upstairs.
Open to single parent and young kid if sharing a room feels OK for you. Otherwise you have to be cool with kids. They are sometimes loud. Sometimes funny.
Street parking is safe. The neighborhood is chill.
Lots of fruit and edible plants in the garden.
